CiaoCiao.mx Return Policy
At CiaoCiao.mx, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To make a return, products must be in their original condition and unused. To start the process, simply send us an email and we will provide you with a return guide and coordinate pickup at your home.
Once we have received and verified the product, we will offer a refund to your payment method or store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds will be processed within three business days of receiving the full return.
Please keep in mind that there is a return shipping cost of 99 pesos, which includes the guide and collection at your home, plus a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions
Our return policy has no exceptions. All products, including those on final sale or with a discount, can be returned or exchanged under the same conditions.
